We are seeking an Administration Manager to lead daily office operations and deliver efficient administrative support, ensuring smooth workforce deployment and effective client coordination.
Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative operations and supervise administrative staff to ensure operational efficiency
Organize and process documentation related to manpower deployment and client coordination for accurate record-keeping
Maintain and update employee records, work permits, timesheets, and company documents to ensure compliance and accessibility
Communicate with clients to understand manpower requirements and coordinate scheduling effectively
Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate seamless workforce deployment and resolve administrative issues
Oversee office supplies management, vendor relationships, and administrative expense tracking to optimize resources
Preferred competencies and qualifications
1–2 years of administration experience, preferably in manpower supply, construction, or service industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to support administrative tasks
Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
