Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end student admissions (local & international)
• Provide course counselling and handle student enquiries
• Process enrolment, student contracts, and documentation
• Handle students’ Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaison with ICA
• Support student onboarding, orientation, and student lifecycle management
• Handle student feedback, attendance monitoring, and basic support
• Assist in student welfare and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with SSG and EduTrust requirements
• Maintain accurate student records and support audits
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in education, admissions, or student services (PEI experience preferred)
• Familiarity with SSG / EduTrust requirements is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
