The Opportunity

We are seeking an AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents that automate workflows, enhance productivity, and improve user experiences across our systems. This role requires a strong understanding of AI models, prompt engineering, API integrations, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with creativity and curiosity — capable of leveraging tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLMs to build solutions that transform how we work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Build AI Agents: Develop, train, and deploy custom AI agents that automate business tasks, manage conversations, and execute multi-step workflows.
• Integrate APIs and Tools: Connect AI systems with third-party applications (e.g., Slack, Make.com, Airtable, Google Workspace, CRMs) for dynamic automation.
• Workflow Automation: Create and optimize end-to-end AI-driven automations for internal and client use cases.
• Prompt Engineering: Craft, test, and refine advanced prompts and system instructions to ensure optimal LLM performance.
• Model Customization: Fine-tune or adapt pre-trained language models for specific business needs.
• Testing & Evaluation: Measure agent performance, accuracy, and response quality; implement improvements using feedback and data-driven insights.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI workflows, processes, and model configurations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product teams, and operations to identify AI opportunities and design practical, scalable solutions.
• Data Privacy & Ethics: Ensure AI systems comply with data security, privacy, and ethical use standards.

Skills and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in AI, software development, or automation engineering.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and RESTful integrations.
• Understanding of prompt design, LLM architectures, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB).
• Experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, Zapier, n8n).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with React Native, GraphQL, or design systems.
• Prior work with AI/ML tools, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Building or contributing to open-source AI tools.

YOUR ROLE AS IT MANAGER

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible to:

• Lead and manage the development team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

• More than 5 years of proven experience leading development teams and managing IT support operations. 
• Familiarity with React, JavaScript, and SQL. 
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, frameworks, and tools. 
• Experience with web application development, database design, and cloud technologies. 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification are a plus (but not required).

YOUR ROLE AS AN IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

The IT Support Specialist’s primary duty is to provide technical support to the end-users to optimize operational efficiency. You will be responsible to resolve technical issues, maintain software, and improve IT systems.

As the IT Support Specialist, you will be expected to perform the following:

• Provide technical assistance and resolve issues for the team
• Receive, resolve, and document reported bugs and issues in a timely manner
• Diagnose system-related failures and make resolution reports
• Identify maintenance techniques to prevent recurrence of downtimes and delays
• Assist in the optimization of software and system

As a minimum, we expect candidates to meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in any industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or any related field
• Experienced in MERN Stack (MongoDB/MySQL, Express, React and Node.js)
• Experienced in mobile app maintenance using React-native (Android/IOS)
• Familiar with databases such as MySQL, SQLite, NoSQL

• A high level of spoken and written business English

We are seeking a Remote Bilingual HR/Admin Assistant with fluency in both Spanish and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR or administrative support, particularly within the medical and insurance industries (preferred but not required). The role will focus primarily on payroll preparation, data entry, and administrative support, with a key emphasis on ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance in a remote work environment. While prior experience in the medical/insurance fields is a plus, we are open to candidates with strong administrative and payroll experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll & Data Entry:
• Assist in payroll preparation, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries.
• Maintain employee records and manage payroll data entry.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and internal policies, assisting with payroll audits and updates.
