Job Description:
We are seeking a Catering Operations Executive to oversee daily catering operations, ensuring smooth kitchen workflow, timely order fulfilment, and effective coordination between kitchen, logistics, and administrative functions. This role includes both operational responsibilities and administrative duties related to inventory, costing, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily catering orders, including preparation schedules and delivery arrangements
• Supervise kitchen operations to ensure food is prepared according to required standards and timelines
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment for ingredients and packaging materials
• Liaise with suppliers for purchasing and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Perform administrative duties including preparation of invoices, delivery orders, and basic cost tracking
• Maintain proper records of stock usage, purchases, and operational expenses for reporting purposes
• Assist in simple financial and accounting-related documentation (e.g. invoice matching, expense tracking, record keeping)
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety regulations, and company SOPs
• Assist in manpower planning and coordination for catering setups and events
• Support continuous improvement of workflow efficiency and cost control
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in F&B, catering, or kitchen operations preferred
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control
• Familiarity with administrative processes and simple accounting-related documentation
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders
• Good communication and organisational skills
