We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner / Helper to maintain cleanliness and assist with basic operational tasks within the company. The role involves ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment for staff and visitors, as well as providing general support when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, pantry areas, and common spaces

- Dispose of trash and ensure proper waste management

- Refill supplies (e.g., soap, tissue, cleaning materials)

- Assist with basic office or operational tasks (e.g., moving items, simple errands)

- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and tools

- Report any maintenance issues or damages

- Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

- Prior cleaning or helper experience is preferred

• Perform structural design and analysis, loading and stresses calculation and drawings for ETFE
• Skylight, Tensile Membrane, Steel Structures.
• Steel connection modelling, design and analysis using IDEA StatiCa.
• Perform Finite Element Modelling and Analysis of Structure inclusive of linear, non-linear, PDelta, Mode Shape and Load Buckling.
• Preparation of 3D structural models and Engineering shop and fabrication drawings including detailing etc.
• Preparation of As-built drawing and method statements for projects.
• Perform environmental study using CFD under supervision of manager.
• Utilize Rhino 3D and Grasshopper script for design and modelling including using C++ for scripting.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, general contractors, fabricators and other professionals.
• Involve in supervising projects and provide progress report.
• Make sure projects meet authorities requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Civil and Structural Engineering design
• Proficiency with steel 3D modelling, analysis & design software such as Rhino and grasshopper.
• Proficiency with programming language especially C++ , Python and Fortran
• Able to produce detailed layout drawings
• Experience in Tensile Membrane, ETFE Skylight and Steelwork design is an advantage

Job Overview

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Senior Contract Executive to support the commercial and contractual management of construction projects in Singapore, Malaysia, and other international locations. In this role, you will be involved throughout the entire project life cycle, from tender submissions and contract negotiation to project execution and contract administration.

The ideal candidate is self-driven and capable of working independently, able to take ownership of assigned responsibilities while maintaining strong coordination with project teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop expertise and leadership in contract administration, commercial strategy, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration and management of contracts throughout the full project lifecycle, from tender stage to project completion.
• Review tender documents and assist in the preparation of tender submissions, including costing, bill of quantities, and scope of work.
• Review, interpret, and assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, variations, and commercial performance to ensure alignment with contractual entitlements.
• Independently track contractual obligations, variations, and potential commercial risks across ongoing projects.
• Lead the preparation and negotiation of variation orders (VO), progress claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Maintain a structured variation and claims tracking system to ensure proper documentation and timely submission.
• Evaluate completed works and review progress claims based on contract provisions.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of subcontract agreements and monitor subcontractor payments and variations.
• Attend project and site meetings and provide contractual and commercial input where required.
• Identify contractual risks and support dispute avoidance and resolution strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of contracts, claims, approvals, and correspondence.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, clients, and subcontractors to ensure effective contract implementation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Project Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in contract administration or commercial roles within the construction industry
• Strong working knowledge of construction contracts, contract administration and legal documentation
• Proven experience handling variations, claims, EOTs and contractual matters
• Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, project specifications and tender documentation
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines
• Experience working on regional or international projects will be an advantage

• Monitor installation, commissioning, and testing of AS/RS equipment on site.
• Identify project risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans in coordination with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, manuals, and contracts.
• Support procurement activities, including preparing RFQs, evaluating vendor proposals, and tracking deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Automation, or related field.
• Proven experience coordinating AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse automation systems, material handling, and project management principles.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system documentation.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards in industrial/automation projects.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, and project reporting is an advantage.
