Title: IT Engineer 
Location: Morrow Flagship, Singapore 
Reports To: Head, Cybersecurity & IT 

Overview: 

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic IT Engineer to provide day-to-day end-user support across hardware, software, and network systems. You will play a key role in onboarding, first-level troubleshooting, and helping to ensure an efficient and secure IT environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide frontline technical assistance to employees for devices, software, and peripherals 

• Assist in the setup and deployment of new equipment (PCs/laptops, monitors, printers, phones) 

• Troubleshoot basic issues related to connectivity, system settings, or standard software 

• Handle support ticket logging, tracking, and resolution/escalation as needed 

• Assist with IT inventory management, user onboarding/offboarding, and password resets 

• Follow documentation and internal support guidelines to ensure consistency 

Requirements:

Role Overview 

As a MORROW Experience Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, playing a critical role in shaping their journey with us. You will manage daily queries, provide exceptional service recovery, and ensure every interaction reflects our brand values of care, wellness, and excellence. 

This role goes beyond standard customer service — you will act as a brand ambassador, guiding members through our service offerings, resolving feedback promptly, and creating meaningful experiences that foster loyalty and retention. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Handle customer feedback, complaints, compliments, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. 

• Provide accurate information on all service offerings (wellness, recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle facilities) to members and guests.

Role Overview 

As the Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional and exceptional massage and body treatments, ensuring client comfort and safety, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency and guest satisfaction of the establishment. 
 

You are responsible for delivering treatments offered by Morrow, building a deep personal connection with members. You will also play a critical role in driving future bookings with returning members, educating members on the treatment benefits, and ensuring that value is consistently realised. By living and modelling the six pillars in your own life, you will be able to speak authentically and confidently about the benefits offered by the Recovery Zone. You will also work closely with the rest of the Recovery Zone team to ensure the best possible experience for all members at the Recovery Zone. 

Key Responsibilities 

Deliver exceptional treatments:  

• Perform a variety of massage services using appropriate tools and products. Provide face and body treatments including facials, scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy, always prioritizing guest comfort and safety. 

Provide Guest-focused care: 

• Assess guest needs and inquire/ read about their contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy) before each service. 
• Be punctual for all appointments and thoroughly review them post-treatment, including entering preferences and notes of each guest into the system. 
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms, checking in to ensure their comfort throughout the service. 
• Courteously interact with guests, answering all spa and wellness centre related questions. 
• Handle inappropriate guest behaviour by following standard operating procedures, which may include stopping a treatment and informing a supervisor. 

Maintain a pristine environment: 

• Keep all treatment rooms and recovery zone areas clean and neat at all times. 
• Keep the treatment room, rest area clean and neat at all times, arranging tools, equipment and linen meticulously. 
• Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. 
• Dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. 

Operational support: 

• Assist in the operations as needed, including the Reception area, Retail Area, Relaxation Area, Preparation Room, and Recovery Zone areas. 
• Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies for treatment rooms. 
• Report any dysfunctional equipment to the Recovery Zone Manager promptly. 

Professional Development& Teamwork: 

• Stay up-to-date with current techniques and modalities in your field. 
• Attend daily line-ups, weekly, and monthly Recovery Zone meetings. 
• Assist and perform various demonstrations and events as required. 
• Adhere to all internal standards and procedures to ensure a consistently high standard of service throughout the Recovery Zone.

Role Overview

The Product Associate will contribute to the scoping, development and enhancement of Morrow’s digital platform. In this role you will gather requirements across multiple functions and work closely with the engineers to develop a product that meets business needs. The Product Associate will track progress of platform integration with third party software and hardware via APIs while ensuring compliance, QA/QC and cybersecurity best practice in collaboration with the IT & cybersecurity team.  

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Gather requirements and scope the development of functional modules in Morrow’s digital platform. 

• Track and ensure that product development progress meets quality and timeline requirements.  

• Facilitate API integration with third party software and hardware. 

• Drive platform simulations and test functionality based on business needs. 

• Collaborate with the IT and Cybersecurity team to ensure compliance and best practice cybersecurity is maintained in the digital platform. 

• Participate in hands-on backend and frontend development when required.

Position Summary: 
Execute on all business startup deliverables. Handle day-to-day accounting operations with focus on automation implementation, digital transaction processing, and support for advanced analytics initiatives. This position will report interim into the Finance Director of the organization. 

Key responsibilities are: 

Startup 

• Design and propose Chart of Accounts to support business operating model of Longevity and Lifestyle Medical Pte Ltd and Morrow Health Pte Ltd.
• Support in all financial statutory registrations required.
• Proactive in highlighting areas that need to immediate attention.
• Prioritization of tasks leading to “Go Live”.

Accounting & Reporting 

• Oversee and perform full suite of accounts services for entities under Longevity and Lifestyle Medical Pte Ltd and Morrow Health Pte Ltd.
• To prepare timely, accurate monthly financial reports and schedules for circulation to the management and audit/ tax purposes.
• To prepare timely, accurate monthly cash flow forecast and budget are accurately accounted for submission of bank reconciliation reports.
• To review and prepare quarterly GST returns, reconciliation, and tax filing.
• Responsible for inter-company billings for expenses recharging and reconciliation.
• To review and verify payments to suppliers, petty cash, and staff reimbursement.
• To maintain records of all fixed assets movements and ensure proper fixed asset register reconcile with the general ledger.
• To ensure accounting and financial procedures are carried out in accordance to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and all statutory requirements.
• To liaise with internal, external parties on audit and tax matters.
• Responsible for entities' accounts submission to ACRA.
• To post payroll for entities [in collaboration with GM/HR].
• To assist in grant submission and yearly government statistical reports (if applicable).

Compliance and Controls 

• To support SOP development to allow for critical controls to be in place.
• To guide team on supporting documentation, approvals and proof of action to support internal control and external audit requirements.

Systems Implementation, Administration & Data Quality 

• Provide inputs, rationale in ERP systems design meeting.
• Assist with system integrations and API data flow monitoring.
• Support ERP system administration including user access management.
• Implement data quality checks and automated error detection processes.

Process Improvement & Automation 

• Identify opportunities for process automation and RPA implementation.
• Support implementation of digital workflows and approval processes.
• Support UAT and validation of automated processes.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance  
• 3-5 years’ accounting experience with ERP systems 
• Technical Skills: Power Query, Advanced Excel/VBA, basic RPA tools knowledge 
• Experience with automated processing and digital workflows 
• Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, or similar RPA tools
