Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools effectively to accelerate the customization and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA standard programs based on functional requirements provided by business or IT teams.
• Develop technical solutions within SAP or external applications integrated with SAP to support business process requirements.
• Understand functional requirements and translate them into technical report developments and customizations.
• Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and documentation for developed solutions.
• Conduct technical research and support the exploration, setup, and configuration of SAP Joule and related AI capabilities.
• Independently learn, research, and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision.
• Ensure assigned deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or ITE qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proactive, resourceful, fast learner, and willing to explore new technologies.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
• Experience or familiarity with coding using AI-assisted tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Interest in AI technologies, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to SAP technologies or enterprise systems is an advantage.

Job Description:

1. Assist in providing day to day legal advice to operating units.

2. Assist in review of contracts and agreements.

3. Assist in maintaining updated corporte records, contracts/legal document filing system/ database of documents.

4. Assist in managing external service providers.

5. Assist in monitoring IP registrations/ renewals.

6. Assist in ad-hoc projects such as Mergers & Acquisition and divestments.

Requirements:

1. Law degree from recognized university.

2. Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in legal setting preferred.

3. Strong proficiency in English is required; fluency in both spoken and written Chinese is an advantage.
