We are looking for a hands-on System and Network Support Engineer to support and maintain our IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments.

This role provides exposure to Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment, and offers opportunities to contribute to system improvements and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

System & Cloud Administration

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Cloud) and on-premise systems

• Manage and maintain SharePoint Online and related services

• Ensure systems are secure, stable, and up to date

IT Support

• Provide desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and access issues

• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT incidents in a timely manner

Network Management

• Support and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points

• Assist in monitoring network performance and resolving connectivity issues

Backup & Security

• Manage and monitor system backup and recovery processes

• Ensure compliance with Business Continuity Plan (BCP) requirements

Applications & Tools

• Support and administer business applications such as SharePoint, Jira, and other enterprise tools

• Assist in developing simple solutions using Microsoft Power Platform

Documentation & Improvement

• Maintain clear documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations

• Support continuous improvement of IT processes and systems

Requirements

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology or related field

• 2–4 years of experience in system and network support

• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration

• Basic knowledge of networking (switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi)

• Familiarity with backup solutions and IT security practices

• Exposure to tools such as SharePoint, Jira, or similar platforms is an advantage

• CCNA or equivalent knowledge is preferred but not required

4. Spearhead the research, development and deployment of new-generation software engineering technologies

5. Extend technical support to various engineering functional groups in debugging and problem solving critical field issues

• Design and develop machine control software for automated semiconductor equipment.Develop new process control softwareIntegrate software component or OEM equipment into a fully functional software system.Demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts and code comments.Produce well organized, optimized, testable and efficient code for software released quality assurance.Develop software solution by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying system flow, data usage and work process, investigating problem areas following the software development life cycle.
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development and propose sequencing and coding solutions.

· Resolve optical / illumination issues.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor Degree in Optics Engineering / Physics/Photonics etc

· Experience with optical design software, optical alignment and optical testing

preferred.

· Experience in 2D drawing preferred

· Knowledge and experience in high magnification optics and LED illumination with
