The Employee’s job responsibilities will include the following:
· Provide administrative support and maintain all required project information throughout each project for claim purposes to ensure the claim data are up-to-date and comprehensive;
· Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments, or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues;
· Prepare progressive claims and potential variation claims at regular intervals of the project;
· Maintaining proper documentation of correspondence from contract award to job completion to ensure all relevant claims of claim notice is lodged accordingly to the client;
· Ensure proper closing-out of project account finalisation
· Assist administrative related activities on site together with site admin ed. Operate NYA, rise E-PR etc
· Other job duties as assigned.
