Job Responsibility:
· Support installation activities in Customer Site
· Support on customer requirement and problem solving
· Perform and maintain proper documentation
· Manage all aspects of the product or project implementation
· Communicate with department manager update on operation & sales progress
· Support on line issue, provide necessary on-site support, troubleshooting, service and repair of customer's semiconductor equipment
· Perform and maintain proper documentation
Requirements:
· Comfortable with 12hrs fixed/rotating shift
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Min 0-2 yrs relevant experience
· Min Nitec/Diploma in related field
