A. Support Strategic Planning Initiatives

• Assist in the month-end closing, including completion of the month end close files
• Prepare quarterly GST reporting
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, annual financial report and audit/ tax schedules

B. Process Business Transactions

• Responsible for the recording of day-to-day transactions including AR, AP & GL
• Perform inter-company reconciliations, journal entries and bank reconciliations
• Ensure accounting entries are accurate and that the general ledgers are kept up to date. This will include recording of sales invoicing, purchase orders and invoices & posting/ updating of journal entries and ledgers
• Send Progress Claim Invoices, SOA to clients and monitor outstanding payment
• Liaise with suppliers for payments/ invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, bank transfer or telegraphic transfers
• Assist in matching of invoices to PO, DO & service report etc

C. Payroll

• Handle staff claim reimbursement
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates
• Calculate overtime payments and other allowances for staff
• Ensures compliance with government regulations, local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices
• Support and undertake ad hoc accounting functions as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting in construction related industry
• Possesses integrity & accounting professionalism
• Resourceful with a keen analytical mind
• Self-driven and able to work independently under tight schedules

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and manage electrical and ELV construction projects from inception to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, coordination, and ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end electrical construction projects (commercial, industrial, residential developments)

• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion

• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams

• Oversee site activities, manpower planning, and subcontractors

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and authority requirements

• Review drawings, specifications, and resolve technical issues

• Monitor project costs, budget control, and variation works

• Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings

• Ensure quality control and proper documentation throughout project lifecycle

Requirement

• Local Singaporean or PR only

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in electrical construction

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, ELV, and installation practices

• Experience in managing projects for condos, factories, or A&A works preferred

• Good understanding of local authority regulations and safety standards

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Able to work independently and handle multiple projects

Preferred Skills

• Experience in handling large-scale projects (e.g. 200+ units or industrial projects)

• Familiar with project costing and contract administration

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent tools

• 1. 3D Modelling & BIM Coordination

Develop and manage Electrical BIM models (Containment and Final Fixes) using software such as:

Revit Structure

Navisworks (for clash detection)

Tekla Structures

Ensure the model reflects the latest construction drawing, consultant's commented shop drawings, and as-built conditions.

2. Drawing Production

Electrical and ELV details directly from the model.

Update drawings according to latest construction revisions and site changes.

3. Coordination with Other Disciplines

Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure all elements integrate properly.

Participate in BIM coordination meetings to resolve design clashes.

4. Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) & Reports

Extract quantities and material lists from the model for cost control and procurement.

Support planning and progress monitoring with model-based data.

5. Model Management & Standards

Follow the company’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and modelling standards.

Manage model versions, file organization, and data consistency.

Support 4D (time) and 5D (cost) BIM integration when required.

6. Site Support

Liaise with the site team to verify constructability.

Update as-built conditions in the model and drawings during and after construction.
