· Grow Technical business revenue, market share and profit goals to meet objectives
· Secure Maintenance contracts, Repairs, Overhauls and Replacement for Terminal equipment
· Develop and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers
· Provide technical consultation and service to customers
· Enhance customer obsession and experience.
· Other tasks as assigned
- Provide excellent customer service & maintain excellent customer relationship
- Lead the service team
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Engineering with min. 2-year relevant working experience
· Experienced in conducting training
· Outgoing, positive, driven, self-motivated and possess a hunter mentality
· Ability to work independently and under pressure
· Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude
