Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department
Report to the Operations Managers on all operational, administration and HR matters, planning and implementation of projects and activities, recruitment, training and development of team, customers feedback and overall market environment

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee assigned projects to ensure completion within contract period and budget.
Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Lead weekly site meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to monitor progress and resolve issues.
Supervise and guide project engineers, site coordinators, supervisors, and workers to meet project requirements and timelines.
Monitor all contractors and supplier performance for proper completion of works.
Review and ensure timely submission of project documentation including RFIs, RFAs, drawings, reports, and schedules.
Monitor project progress and manage claims where applicable.
Ensure proper documentation control, including daily and weekly reports, programme schedules, and submissions to clients and consultants.
Ensure proper updates and submissions of salary computations for staff.
Oversee manpower planning for projects
Any other duties as assigned.

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related discipline.
Experience managing various types of construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and budgeting as well as managing admin matters.
Good leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
