We are looking for a creative and hands-on Graphic Designer to support our F&B brands, across multiple outlets. This role will focus on designing marketing and promotional materials, managing social media content, and supporting campaign execution to drive brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative designs for both online and offline marketing materials, including social media graphics, posters, menus, in-store collaterals, digital ads, and promotional materials
Support marketing campaigns by creating engaging visuals for product launches, seasonal promotions, and outlet activations
Adapt and resize artwork for different formats, outlets, and platforms while ensuring brand consistency
Plan, create, and manage daily/weekly content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Assist in conceptualising marketing promotions, campaigns, and content ideas aligned with brand direction
Conduct basic photography and videography for products, outlets, and campaigns
Edit photos and videos (including short-form content such as Reels/TikTok) to support marketing initiatives
Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure timely rollout of promotions across all outlets
Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently to meet campaign deadlines
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure materials are aligned with company standard
Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Good eye for design, layout, colours, and typography
Able to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced F&B environment
Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics is an advantage
Experience in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet environment preferred
Interest in creating engaging social media content (IG, TikTok, short videos)
Basic photography/videography skills
Creative, proactive, and able to contribute ideas for marketing promotions
Up-to-date with design trends and digital marketing practices
