Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and control all project documents (drawings, reports, contracts, etc.) in both digital and hard copy formats
Ensure proper document numbering, filing, and version control as per company and project standards
Maintain document control registers and track document status (issued, approved, revised)
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors for document submission and approvals
Ensure timely distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders
Monitor compliance with document control procedures and ISO standards
Archive completed project documents for future reference and audits
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, transmittals, emails)
Support project teams with accurate and up-to-date documentation
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents
Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation for quality checks
