Job Responsibilities:

• The HR Analyst Intern will provide data analysis on the operational tasks to support HR Process and Systems feasibility studies.
• Working with various countries HR in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea to obtain the data required to support the analysis.
• Collaborate with all Managers across the organization to learn about our business and identifying area(s) for process improvement (with or without data)
• Recommend metrics to measure operational performance and efficiency for various departments
• Build dashboard and models from data gathered
• Present reports from analysis findings and recommendation

Work Experience & Qualification

• Undergrad Bachelor/ Master students in Business Analytics, IT or equivalent
• Analytical and have good sense with numbers
• Some experience working on data or business analysisProficient in database management, MS Excel Advanced, Power BI, PowerPoint
• Proficient in English and Chinese language
• Good problem-solving and Presentation skills
• Able to commit a minimum of 6 months from May/Jun 2026 (with short notice)

4-Month Contract - Maternity leave cover (May'26 to Aug'26)

Job Description:

• Prepare and process purchase orders and shipment alert in a timely manner.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
• Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• Preferred with working experience in purchasing or procurement will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier/internal coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
