Safely and efficiently deliver parcels and packages to customers across designated routes in Singapore.
Perform pre-delivery vehicle checks (e.g., fuel, tyres, lights, brakes) and ensure the vehicle is clean and roadworthy.
Use a mobile device/app to scan, track, and confirm deliveries in real time.
Assist with loading and unloading of parcels at the warehouse and delivery points.
Collect return parcels or failed deliveries as required.
Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with recipients.
Report any delivery issues, accidents, or vehicle breakdowns to the operations supervisor immediately.
Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (Class 4 is an advantage but not required).
At least 1 year of driving experience (van or light goods vehicle preferred).
Familiar with Singapore roads and usage of GPS/navigation apps (e.g., Google Maps, Street Directory).
Able to read and understand delivery addresses and simple English (for app usage and communication).
Physically fit – able to lift parcels up to 10–15 kg repeatedly.
Good time management and ability to meet delivery deadlines.
No prior major traffic offences or disqualifications.
6-day work week (including weekends/public holidays as rostered).
Overtime available and compensated.
