We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to support the smooth delivery of our tours and engagement programmes. You will manage tour logistics, assist in facilitation, coordinate with guides and vendors, and ensure high-quality experiences for our clients. Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end tour operations, including planning, logistics, risk management, execution, and post-tour follow-up to ensure smooth delivery of programmes
- Monitor on-ground operations and ensure all logistical arrangements are executed efficiently and accurately
- Support and participate in tour operations as facilitator, host, and administrative/technical support (both physical and virtual tours)
- Manage guides and facilitators allocation and scheduling for tours (online and offline)
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors and suppliers (e.g. transport, venues)
- Represent the company professionally when engaging with clients and external stakeholders
- Support internal sales team for customer enquiries related to ops and liaise with them to ensure alignment and seamless communication across teams
- Monitor, track, and report customer feedback and online reviews (e.g. Google, Internal Feedback Platform)
- Ensure high standards of tour quality and customer satisfaction
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in workflows and contribute to the product developments and improvement of SOPs, processes, and operational frameworks
- Handle the execution of large-scale projects, peak-period operations, and ad-hoc programmes, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Supervise, train, and evaluate interns, providing feedback to support their development
- Other ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned such as weekly, monthly reporting to the manager as well as the preparation of operational reports.
Job Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration is not compulsory but preferable.
- Working experience in tourism-related industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
- Great coordination skills and attention to detail
- Personable and fluent in English
