About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service / Administrative Executive to support our logistics operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Coordinate and monitor shipment schedules and delivery timelines
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and reports
- Liaise with internal teams, drivers, and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Track orders and resolve delivery or service issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly
- Provide general administrative support to the logistics team
Requirements:
- Minimum N/O Level
- minimium 2 years experience in freight fowarding/logistics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
