Role Purpose

The Head of Regional Market Management –APAC is responsible for defining and driving APAC‑wide market, industry, and customer strategies to achieve sustainable growth and improved commercial effectiveness.

The role leads industry segment management, regional sales and go‑to‑market strategy, global and regional key account coordination, and Sales Effectiveness Programs, working closely with country organizations and regional/global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Market & Sales Strategy

• Formulate and implement the APAC regional market and sales strategy in alignment with global objectives, ensuring integration with individual country strategies.
• Translate regional growth priorities into actionable go‑to‑market frameworks, including industry segmentation, channel models, and value propositions.
• Act as a strategic partner to country sales leaders for strategy execution.

Industry Segment Management

• Lead focused industry segments where APAC holds strategic importance or leadership.
• Define segment strategies, value propositions, and integrated go‑to‑market models.
• Drive structured Industry Segment Management, including market sizing, ecosystem analysis, application focus, and competitor benchmarking.
• Support local country organizations in segment of penetration and development.

Global & Regional Key Account Management

• Coordinate Global and Regional Key Accounts across APAC in alignment with global account management frameworks.
• Ensure consistency in account plans, customer engagement models, and pipeline transparency.
• Enable cross‑country collaboration to maximize value from multinational customers.

Sales Effectiveness

• Lead APAC Sales Effectiveness Program aligned with global Sales Excellence initiatives.
• Enhance SEP through sales drive formula, customer life cycle, sales activity, opportunity management, value proposition, and cross selling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and HR on capability development and enablement.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a key APAC counterpart to Global Sales Functional Teams - Market Management, Global Key Account and Global Industry Segment teams.
• Act as a regional integrator across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate regular APAC Sales & Marketing Strategy and Performance reviews.
• Lead the APAC Market Management team to deliver value to local sales countries efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in market management, sales strategy, or commercial leadership.

Objectives of the position:

The Purchasing Planning Executive must be a data-driven, strong analytical skills and creative team player who can provide critical solution effectively in order to fulfil high levels of customer satisfaction in current dynamic supply chain network.

As one of the key player in APAC Control Tower Purchasing Planning team, the individual will be expected to implement the demand planning strategies for accurate forecast and inventory optimization to achieve the goals of department and group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management - Plan and update the appropriate system parameters promptly according to monthly consumption, optimize stock level to meet inventory objectives.
• Order Management - Facilitate Purchase Orders and ensure the information update in SAP. Follows up on orders ensuring that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
• Coordinates on all aspects with stakeholders on inbound shipment, update in SAP promptly and accurately, filing shipping documents for goods receiving activities, verifications of invoices to avoid mis-match
• Cross trade shipment management - Facilitate and coordinate with stakeholder for direct drop shipment from factory to customer, with application and compliance of Free Trade Agreement for customer import duty rebates
• Claim Management - Process claims where defects are related to the Vendor
• Material Master Management - To maintain and ensure Material Master in SAP up to date (Standard length, HS code, plan delivery time...)
• Ensure the operation quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements while complying with the company policies

Skills& Qualification:

• Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end‑to‑end payroll operations across six Southeast Asia countries—Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand. The role requires strong hands-on experience in multi-country payroll processing, statutory compliance, bank file creation, and payroll system administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Operations

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time for employees across six SEA countries.
• Manage payroll calendars, cut-off dates, and payment schedules for each country.
• Prepare, validate, and submit bank files for salary payments and statutory contributions.
• Handle payroll inputs such as new hires, leavers, salary revisions, bonuses, allowances, incentives, and deductions.

Statutory & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with local payroll legislation and statutory requirements, including but not limited to:

• Singapore: CPF, SDL, IR8A / IR21

  Malaysia: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB

  Vietnam: Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance

  Philippines: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, BIR

  Indonesia: BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan

  Thailand: Social Security Fund (SSF), PIT

• Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings within local deadlines.
• Support year‑end payroll activities, audits, and tax filings.

Payroll Systems & Data Management

• Maintain and administer payroll software systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP, PayAsia, Ramco, or similar).
• Ensure payroll master data accuracy and integrity.
• Partner with HRIS, Finance, and external vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in payroll system upgrades, implementations, or process automation initiatives.

Stakeholder Support

• Act as a key payroll point of contact for HR, Finance, banks, vendors, and employees.
• Resolve employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support internal and external payroll audits by providing required data and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5–8 years of payroll experience, with hands-on multi-country payroll exposure.
• Proven experience managing payroll for SEA countries, specifically: Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand.
• Strong working knowledge of bank file creation and payment processing.
• Solid understanding of statutory contributions, tax regulations, and labor laws in SEA.
• Experience working with payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
• High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and deadlines concurrently.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Experience supporting payroll for medium to large employee populations across multiple entities.

Objectives of the position:

Responsible for the management of product development projects for LAPP connectivity solutions with experience in cables and connectors for power, signal and data primarily for ASEAN, Australia/New Zealand, Taiwan and other APAC countries (no own development projects, but management / coordination and handling of traded goods). Person who understands the cable and connector designs and cable connectivity requirements. The person should also have experience with active components products for industry and building automation.

• Coordinate with APAC product development teams for appropriate allocation of product/projects and in alignment with product cluster management with respect to new product specification & designs for different product applications and requirements.
• Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective implementation of product/projects development in close collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
• Tap into external brains (scientific and industrial partners) via development of LAPP relationship with centers of excellence (ex. NYP in Singapore) and the organisation of idea generation events (e.g. Hackathons).
• Develop LAPP Exploration center / Demo kits in APAC in coordiation with product management and sales.
• Support the expansion of Lapp Singapore laboratory with the mission of testing supplier products (control & data cables) as part of global laboratory network.

Tasks in Detail:

Leadership & Organization:

• Technical guidance / support of the series development teams in APAC, including regular feedback and development discussions.
• Planning of resources and budgets for development projects.
• Continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Planning and management of development budgets with approval of CTO.

Product Development:

• Manage and execute development projects from concept to series production via stage gate process {for instance own the technical data sheet (TDS) and coordinate Initial sample inspection report (ISIR) for product release in collaboration with quality and product management}
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and timeline targets.
• Manage the product technical aspects/ product specification to fulfil the product requirements defined by product management to fulfil the customer needs and achieve the business’ short- and long-term goals.
• Responsible for technical data sheets(TDS) for customised products (SPP) to support procurement team.
• Responsible for technical coordination with product owner/product management, procurement and quality for adoption projects with supplier (APAC factories / vendors).
• Responsible for product development activities at CWI including each laboratory competency development and control of raw material for ISIR issued in coordination with quality.
• Focus to grow the products in collaboration with product management for key focus segments
• Work with global team on various technical topics as per organisational requirements

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Close cooperation with product management, procurement, production, and quality assurance.
• Coordination with internal and external suppliers and laboratories as well as national and international subsidiaries
• Contribute to global engineering team under global R&D on various technical topics

Strategy & Innovation:

• Contribution to the definition of product strategy and roadmap.
• Evaluation of new technologies and market trends relevant to series development.

• Support in industrialization and market launch of new products.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Preparation of technical documentation and decision papers for standard and special products as per LAPP Corporate Directive
• Regular reporting to senior management.

Qualification

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in series development of technical products, ideally in the field of connectivity technology.
• Computer literate and knowledge of word, excel and powerpoint
• High affinity for solving technical problems using state-of-the-art simulation and calculation methods as well as a wide variety of measurement techniques
• Indepth knowledge of compitition landscape across industry in connectivity solutions.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in leading a technical product team
• Experience in carrying out complex technical projects in interdisciplinary teams
• Experience in cable testing and approval procedures

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead process readiness and maintain governance frameworks to enable the rollout of global digital business processes across sales subsidiaries
• Manage Business Process Requirements for digital business activities in Southeast Asia as the blueprint for 2nd tier CX ecommerce platform implementation within SAP Grow program
• Ensure global process alignment and standardization to governance structure
• Support in E2E user testing and training preparations for dig business projects
• Continuously optimize global dig business processes and frameworks

Your Profile:

• A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the e-business sector, ideally in a B2B environment
• Strong experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) and their application in governance and rollout contexts is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work conceptually and deliver results through a structured and self-reliant working approach
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to clearly articulate requirements and progress, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Experience with SAP tools such as Commerce Cloud, CX, or ERP is a plus
