Job Responsibility:

• Handle of HR and administrations, including Recruitment, Compensations and Benefits, Performance appraisal, Payroll Processing, implementation of policies, staffs' discipline/disputes, and other HR-related functions
• Assist in recruitment process (including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding and orientation)
• Handle & resolve employee queries / issues in a timely manner
• Work pass matters (New applications, renewals, cancellation)
• Maintain, approve & update all employee leave record.
• Claim submission for NS, Maternity, Paternity, Childcare leaves
• Monthly payroll processing
• Submission of Monthly CPF Contribution
• Tax Clearance IR21 for foreign employees
• Provide support to the HR Manager for all HR matters
• Sound knowledge in permit application and using of WPOL, EPOL, and MyMOM Portal
• Assist in any other daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the office operations
• Any adhoc duties assigned by the management

Responsibilities:

• Operate grabbing Rig, trench cutter and service crane
• Perform routine and basic daily check before and after operating the assigned crane
• Inspect crane for defective parts and notify supervisor of defects or malfunction
• Collaborate with team members on-site to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Ensure strict compliance with safety rules and regulations
• Any other ad-hoc assigned as deemed necessary for the role

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating cranes
• BCA Certificate of Successful Completion – Crawler Crane Operations
• Must possess valid Crawler Crane License
• Able to execute work instructions independently

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, deliveries, and transactions
• Process incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper documentation
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and restocking requests
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels and usage
• Handle administrative tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and filing
• Provide support to the store manager and staff as needed
• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
• Proficient in MS Office application

Resource planning and coordination for internal staff and toward external client or site personnel.

Monitoring & reporting project progress, handover to clients, and compliance with on-site safety requirements.

Update the work progress to the project charge for the proceeding on the payment claim purpose

Preparation of RA/safety documents

Requirements:

Able to manage a few projects concurrently & able to read architectural drawings.

Work with the Sales/Project team to ensure the design plan and output meet the customer’s (architect/consultant/direct client/etc.) requirements.

Experience in building construction projects is a prerequisite.
