About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and maintain production-grade AI systems across our product and data platforms. You will work at the intersection of large language models, agentic workflows, and scalable MLOps infrastructure, owning end-to-end delivery from data ingestion through to model deployment and monitoring.

In addition, this role includes hands-on responsibility for internal IT infrastructure and end-user computing in a growing team environment.

What You'll Do

AI Engineering & Systems Development

·        Design and develop LLM-powered applications including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering systems, and fine-tuned model integrations for production use cases

·        Build and maintain multi-agent AI systems using orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, or equivalent), including tool use, memory management, and agent-to-agent communication

·        Construct robust data pipelines for feature engineering, ingestion, transformation, and serving — ensuring data quality and lineage across the ML lifecycle

·        Implement and manage MLOps infrastructure including model registries, CI/CD for ML, experiment tracking, and automated retraining workflows

·        Deploy and monitor models in cloud environments, establishing observability tooling for latency, drift, and reliability

·        Evaluate and integrate third-party AI services, vector databases, and embedding models into production stacks

·        Document architectures, conduct code reviews, and contribute to internal engineering best practices

In-house IT & Infrastructure Support

·        Manage and maintain internal office IT infrastructure, including network setup, routers, switches, and connectivity troubleshooting

·        Implement and monitor data backup strategies (local and cloud) to ensure data integrity, security, and disaster recovery readiness

·        Configure and provision user workstations, including OS setup, software installation, access control, and security policies

·        Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues

·        Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and standard operating procedures for internal systems

·        Ensure basic cybersecurity hygiene, including user access management, endpoint protection, patching, and updates

Required Skills

·        2–5 years of hands-on software or ML engineering experience

·        Proficiency in Python; familiarity with TypeScript is a plus

·        Experience with LLM APIs (Open AI, Anthropic, Gemini) and prompt engineering techniques

·        Practical knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)

·        Exposure to agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI

·        Solid understanding of ML fundamentals: training, evaluation, fine-tuning, and model drift

·        Experience with MLOps tooling: MLflow, Weights & Biases, or equivalent

·        Cloud platform experience — AWS, GCP, or Azure (containerisation with Docker/Kubernetes preferred)

·        Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and end-user system support

Good to Have

·        Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, DeepEval, or customevals)

·        Knowledge of guardrails, safety filtering, and responsible AI practices

·        Experience working in an agile / squad-based delivery model

·        Exposure to IT security best practices and backup/recovery systems

Job Overview

The Administrative Assistant (Office & Facilities) provides administrative support for office operations and building facilities management. The role focuses on maintaining organized documentation, coordinating facilities-related activities, and supporting day-to-day office administration.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is proficient in digital tools and systems, with the ability to maintain well-structured filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping to support efficient office and facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

·        Support daily office administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

·        Maintain and organize company documents, records, and shared filing systems.

·        Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.

·        Coordinate internal administrative matters and support cross-functional teams.

Facilities & Building Management Support

·        Maintain building maintenance records, service reports, and compliance documentation.

·        Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance works and servicing schedules.

·        Track maintenance timelines, service requests, and follow up on completion of works.

·        Ensure proper documentation and filing of facilities-related records.

HR Administrative Support

IT & Digital Administration

·        Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) for reporting, tracking, and coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

·        Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.

·        2 years of experience in office administration, facilities support, or administrative roles preferred.

·        IT-savvy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and digital tools.

·        Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.

·        Good communication and coordination abilities.

The role involves coordinating closely with internal teams, manufacturers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution while preserving the intended lighting design and technical requirements.

The Project Engineer/Manager oversees project planning, scheduling, site supervision, risk management, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This position also plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, providing regular project updates, and ensuring successful delivery of lighting solutions across multiple project sites.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the full lifecycle of multiple lighting projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

·  Coordinate with internal teams, manufacturers, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and preserve design intent.

·  Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets, proactively addressing variances to protect project margins.

·  Supervise site installations and activities, ensuring compliance with approved designs, safety standards, and testing & commissioning requirements. Champion a zero-incident culture and robust QA and QC.

·  Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change control to avoid delays and cost overruns.

·  Provide regular project reviews, status updates, and forecasts to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications and Experience

·  Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Project Management, or a related field.

·  Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in lighting, construction, or engineering industries.

·  Proven ability to lead and guide project teams and influence external site team.

·  Strong knowledge of lighting systems, controls, construction processes, and project coordination.

·  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

·  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients and senior stakeholders.

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project); experience with AutoCAD, DIALux, or similar software is an advantage.
