• Risk control profiling to strategically identify areas of priority for technology assurance and advisory projects

  Job Requirements

• A good degree preferably with professional certification (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CIA)

• Experience in IT internal audit in fund management/ financial services/ investment management sector will be advantageous

• Technical and functional auditing experience in IT areas (governance, developments, network/infrastructure security, risk management, outsourcing), cloud and distributed technologies, Web-based technology, mobile applications

• Working proficiency /knowledge of deployment of security/discovery tools and sharing collaborative insights to the IS functions

• Knowledge of generally accepted IS audit standards, statements, and practices, and IS security and control practices (NIST, ISO27000, SANS etc.)

• Experience in performing cybersecurity maturity assessments and providing solutions that optimize security investments while strengthening the Group security posture

• Self-discipline to keep abreast with advancements in information, operational and communication technology including telecommunication, cyber security, big data, virtualization and cloud computing as well as systems development methodology

Job Requirements

• Recognised degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CPA

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies
• Self-driven, meticulous, energetic, proactive, good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a keen analytical mind

• Gather, transform, and compile data changes from various sources of information and provide to Payroll Provider
• Ensure the processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations is accurate, compliant, and timely
• Statutory registration and de-registration to social security/labour/tax authorities
• Processing of overtime payments in accordance with to local laws and regulations
• Complete all post payroll activities in a timely and accurate manner – i.e. coordinate monthly payments (review and approve payroll funding bank file) and journal entries submissions to Finance including reconciliation of records and bank statements
• Verifies payroll tax/social contributions filing for all legal entities – i.e. checking and reconciling the payroll information to achieve accurate, timely and compliant payments to employees, government agencies and third-party providers (pensions, social security, health insurances etc.)
• Review and ensures timely monthly, quarterly, annual and adhoc employer tax filing obligations
• Maintain records and perform data and records audit, ensure auditable records are kept in line with corporate and statutory requirements, in addition to performing regular checks and true ups of records to support employee life cycle changes
