Responsibilities

• Review architectural plans to determine and prepare accurate quantity requirements for materials
• Estimate material quantities and associated costs to support project budgeting
• Prepare contracts and related documentation to formalize project agreements
• Set and manage budgets for payments, inventory, and material procurement to ensure financial control
• Analyze costs related to maintenance and additional building needs to optimize resource allocation
• Estimate project timelines by assessing task durations and dependencies to support scheduling
• Provide timely and clear project information to clients to maintain transparency and trust
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and keep projects on track toward completion

• Inspect construction sites to verify that all facilities and equipment support environmental maintenance standards
• Monitor and identify disease-bearing insects on-site and ensure proper disposal of construction waste to prevent health risks
• Lead EHS committee meetings to promote workplace safety and implement safe work procedures effectively
• Conduct daily environmental inspections using checklists and maintain accurate records to track site conditions and compliance

Set up, prepare and produce structural BIM Models using Autodesk Revit Structure for contract documents and
co ordination
Develop structural engineering detailed drawings that meet both company and industry standards, deliver within the assigned timeline, and verify accuracy of documents/shop drawings generated from BIIM models
Facilitate clash resolution process in terms of modelling and adjustment under Engineers' guidance
Collaborated with team leaders and members to adhere to project protocols and deliverables, highlight and resolve technical problems
Ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability between different BIM authoring tools and platforms
