Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our tuition centre as a Customer Relations (Front Desk) representative. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The Customer Relations (Front Desk) role is crucial in maintaining a positive and professional image for our tuition centre.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet students, parents, and visitors as they enter and provide a welcoming atmosphere
• Respond to inquiries from students and parents regarding course offerings, schedules, fees, and other relevant information
• Assist with enrolment process, including completing registration forms, explaining tuition policies, and collecting necessary documentation
• Schedule appointments for students and parents to meet with teachers or staffs as needed
• Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing questions and concerns effectively
• Collect tuition fees and ensure accurate recording of payments
• Manage, maintain and update student records, administrative documents and centre-related supplies
• Record all math questions in the system
• Assist in marketing activities, such as distributing flyers, promoting special events, and collecting feedback from students and parents
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, addressing and resolving issues to the best of your ability, and escalating as necessary
• Perform general office tasks, such as photocopying, filing and organising office supplies
• Inspect tuition centre and office regularly and report any non-compliance and support essential maintenance of facilities and equipment, coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance of tuition centre as and when required
• Administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. GCE O’ Levels
• No experience required, training will be provided
• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Enjoys a fast-paced work environment, able to multi-task and meticulous, strong under pressure, detail-oriented, and possesses strong logical thinking skills.
• 44 hours per week, able to commit weekdays (inc. evenings) & weekends

Job Overview: The Recruitment Officer is responsible for strengthening and expanding the company’s talent pool to support business growth. This role actively engages in recruitment-related activities, including sourcing, campus outreach, and employer branding initiatives, to attract and secure quality candidates within targeted timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment to ensure hiring within timeline
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, schools, job fairs, etc.)
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews (including presentations when required), and recommend suitable candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with schools or external partners for recruitment activities (including overseas events when required)
• Maintain recruitment databases / ATS and prepare hiring reports
• Assist in onboarding and other HR-related tasks as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Proactive, meticulous, and willing to take initiative

• Create an interactive, inquiry-based, and student-centred classroom environment that guides and motivates students to enjoy learning mathematics.

• Support and participate in any teaching-related tasks and team activities assigned by the centre.

• A bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university (e.g., NUS, NTU, SMU, or equivalent).

Job Descriptions:

Content Creation & Management

• Research and identify trending education topics and parent insights to develop timely, relevant content ideas across platforms.
• Plan, write, and publish posts with consistent brand voice; design visuals and produce short or long-form videos, while tracking performance across social media channels

Community Engagement

• Manage and moderate parent communities on WeChat and WhatsApp, including posting weekly updates, answering inquiries, and liaising with teachers on academic questions.
• Conduct short webinars or live talks to guide parents on related education topics.

Event Marketing & Support

• Support the planning and execution of education seminars and open classes, including preparing visuals and presentation materials, managing on-site logistics, and creating post-event recaps through photos, videos, and key takeaway summaries.

Performance tracking & operations:

• Monitor content performance metrics (reach, engagement, retention) and propose regular improvements. Maintain the content calendar, templates, and SOPs to ensure timely delivery and smooth team workflow.
