Job Summary
You will manage customer enquiries and guide clients to select appropriate signage production and installation methods. After sales, you will project management for design, fabrication, and installation to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries to understand their signage needs and recommend suitable production and installation solutions
- Guide clients through the signage selection process to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Design art work and draw for signage production work
- Project management activities for signage fabrication, and installation to ensure timely and quality completion
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to coordinate project progress and resolve issues
- Maintain high attention to detail and focus to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Adapt work location between ARK@KB and Sim Lim Tower based on project requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the signage industry to apply industry knowledge effectively
- Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate clearly with diverse clients and stakeholders (language proficiency supports client engagement and project coordination)
