Job Description
• Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office workflow
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance arrangements
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Handle company documentation, filing, and record-keeping
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance, and staff coordination
• Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and invoices when required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks accordingly
• Liaise with management on administrative improvements and planning
administrative experience (with leadership preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Experience in handling vendors or facilities management is an advantage
