Invoice and payment process:

• Receive and verify the accuracy and completeness of vendor invoices.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for invoice approvals.
• Record invoices in the accounting system with correct coding and timing.

Accounts Payable Reconciliation :

• Prepare monthly Accounts Payable Aging reports.
• Support internal and external audit requests by providing necessary documents and reconciliations.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, discrepancies, and issues in the account payable workflow
• Work closely with IT and relevant parties to resolve the issues

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end technical project delivery: scoping, planning, execution, commissioning, and handover
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across internal teams and external vendors
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical reports, risk registers, and progress updates
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation plans to ensure execution within scope, schedule, and budget
• Support CAPEX planning and business case development with detailed engineering input
• Coordinate multi-site and cross-functional projects, including engaging global factory teams for alignment and knowledge transfer

Technical Engineering & Operations

• Lead troubleshooting of packing line issues — mechanical, electrical, and process-related — during both startup and steady-state operations
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Manage and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
• Liaise with equipment suppliers for technical support, spare parts management, and warranty resolution
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards across all technical activities
• Act as a shared global technical resource: provide remote or on-site engineering support to other factories within the group as required

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Drive automation initiatives to improve line efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance process reliability
• Implement and optimise machine automation including sensors, controls, and PLC logic adjustments at a troubleshooting level
• Evaluate opportunities for automation in material handling, inline inspection, and end-of-line operations
• Work with automation partners and vendors on integration, testing, and commissioning of new systems
• Support development of digital monitoring tools such as OEE dashboards and machine data collection platforms
• Provide structured training to operators and technicians on new equipment and automation systems

• Jar filling, capping, and induction sealing lines
• Vertical / horizontal form-fill-seal (VFFS / HFFS) machines for sticks and sachets

• Code Quality: Use tools to create web and mobile applications with clean, portable, and well-documented code.

• API Support: Assist in developing and maintaining clean API documentation according to business goals.
• Deployment: Support smooth bi-weekly releases to production servers and assist in maintaining servers and databases.
• Technical Debt: Learn to identify and minimize technical debt in daily coding tasks.
• Collaboration: Participate in code reviews and pull requests to ensure high-quality standards.

• Code Execution: Write clean, testable code using .NET and C#.
• Web Development: Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET and Angular (TypeScript).

• Maintenance: Help refactor code and upgrade existing programs under supervision.
• Deployment: Assist in deploying fully functional applications to production environments.
• Documentation: Document development tasks and operational procedures clearly.

This is a 2-month Solution Analyst position. The responsibilities are included but not limited to:

• Requirements & Translation: Collaborate with QC, Traders, and Logistics teams to document complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications;
• Solution Design: Execute solution designs for system configurations and integrations (ERP, trading systems), validating feasibility and trade-offs with development teams;
• Roadmap Management: Support the Tastify landscape by maintaining the solution backlog and prioritizing enhancements based on operational impact.
• Triage & Delivery: Act as the first point of triage for user bugs and requests while executing UAT plans to ensure high-quality delivery.

In charge of Receivables process for multiple entities, including and not limiting to:

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classification, computing, posting, and recording accounts data.
• Record incoming funds from clients on daily basis, follow up reimbursements/deductions.
• Perform validation on invoices/DN/CN and record to accounting systems.
• Monitor and track accounts receivable to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Initiate and follow up on collection efforts for overdue accounts.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis and collection performance.
• Send client statement weekly
• Handle interest calculation and related accounting entries
• Perform closing of A/R with accuracy and in respect of deadline.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency within the accounts receivable function.
• Coordinate with Sales, Treasury, and other departments to resolve complex AR matters
• Coordinate and attend meetings with traders and relevant stakeholders to discuss receivable matters and resolve outstanding issues
