Job Summary:
Supports the PR and communications team in managing the company’s public image, media relations, and communication activities. This role assists in coordinating PR campaigns, preparing communication materials, and maintaining relationships with media and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting press releases, media statements, and communication materials.
Support the coordination of PR campaigns, events, and media briefings.
Maintain and update media contact lists and PR databases.
Monitor media coverage and prepare media reports or summaries.
Help manage social media posts and website content related to PR activities.
Liaise with vendors, media partners, and internal departments when required.
Provide administrative support to the PR team including scheduling, documentation, and event coordination.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates may apply).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of media relations and PR practices.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
