• Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, organization, and maintenance of the restaurant space
• Communicate standard operation procedures to staff to assure quality and consistency of service
• Know menu, menu prices, and composition of food and beverage menu items; be familiar with all daily specials with proper plating procedures and restaurant promotions

Good Knowledge of multi cuisine and good communication skills in particular for this position

· Must be able to work weekends, public holidays and on split duty

· Must possess service-oriented attitude and be adept at handling guests

Develop and implement strategies for new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and markets

Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business plans

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback

Manage and maintain accurate sales and business development records and reports

Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet revenue targets.
