Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet brand standards

• Lead, train, and manage kitchen teams

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (SFA/NEA)

• Manage inventory, stock control, and food cost

• Coordinate with front-of-house and management teams

• Handle manpower planning, staff rosters, and operational challenges

• Report kitchen performance and improvement plans to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior or management-level kitchen role in Thai/Economic Rice Cuisine

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef / Kitchen Head / Executive Cook

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods

Job Responsibilities

· Need to help in washing plates and utensils

· To do cleaning and wiping of equipment

· Wiping clean and drying of all washed products

· Area cleaning

· Help in carrying heavy boxes

· Scrubbing of metal plates or pots

Job Requirement

· Able to work 5-6 days per week

· Required to work shift 8 hours and above

· Team Player

· 1 Meal provided

Job Scope

• Involved in employee engagement initiatives, resolve employee grievances, counsel employees
• assist with preparation of organization orientation for new staffs
• Support in operations needs, when required
• Support in the preparation of meeting, materials & taking minutes
• Coordinates effectively with the different departments of staffs, when required
• Drafts and prepares written correspondence
• Maintain proper filing system
• Assist with either sets of accounts duties, when needed (eg; AP/AR)
• Follow up on any outstanding payment issue
• Perform ad-hoc and other administrative duties

Job Requirement

· At least a Higher Nitec in Admin or HR fields

· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

· Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively

Job Responsibilities

· Keeping, maintaining, and updating of personal file / records of employees, increment and renewal of employment contract

· Liaising with external parties on insurance renewal or application related matter

· Preparing and printing of document for the operation

· Calls and emails follow up to customer or external clients

· Assist in billing related matters

· Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave

· Keying in daily and monthly sales report

· Assist in coordinating and liaising with external parties like vendors, external auditors, tax agent and corporate secretarial where required

· Support in the preparation of meeting, materials & taking minutes

· Assist in marketing related tasks

Job Requirement

· Entry Level or 1 year of working experience

Warehouse Logistics ($2900 - $3500)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain warehouse documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and stock records.
• Prepare operational reports and update inventory systems.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for smooth delivery and dispatch operations.
• Schedule shipments and ensure timely distribution.   
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Possess at least a Higher Nitec or Diploma in Operational/Logistics Management or equivalent     
• Preferably a year of experience in Logistics industry
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Office     
• Have initiative and willingness to learn and grow   
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative within a dynamic environment
• Requires forklift license
