We’re Hiring: Marketing Executive & Personal Assistant to Chief Commercial Officer
We’re looking for a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our team in a unique role supporting our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). If you enjoy working at the intersection of marketing, operations, and executive support, this role offers great exposure and growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and customer relations support to the CCO
• Manage marketing procurement matters for corporate needs
• Assist in planning and organising corporate and client events
• Conduct research and prepare reports/presentation materials as required
• Support ad-hoc projects and assignments directed by the CCO
Key Requirements
• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent
• Good command of spoken & written English
• Proficient in Zoom, Google Meet, and digital collaboration tools
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
• Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities and excellent time management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digitally-driven environment with frequent virtual coordination
• Able to commit to a 5-day in-office work week (9am – 6pm)
It would be a plus if you have:
• Basic skills in MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Prior administrative experience
