Job Summary

Manage comprehensive accounting functions including month-end and year-end closing, GST reconciliation, sales commission computation, and audit support to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts to maintain accurate financial records
• Execute month-end and year-end closing processes to finalize financial statements
• Submit accounting assignments punctually to meet organizational deadlines
• Prepare detailed sales and management reports to support business decision-making
• Perform GST reconciliations and ensure timely submission to regulatory authorities
• Calculate sales commissions accurately to support sales team incentives
• Develop accounting and audit schedules to facilitate audit processes
• Coordinate audit and corporate tax matters to ensure compliance with regulations
• Complete adhoc accounting assignments as required to support business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in English and Mandarin to facilitate bilingual communication
• Experience working in an ERP environment to enhance accounting efficiency
• Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage data and reporting
• Proactive with strong initiative to identify and resolve accounting issues
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines to ensure timely financial reporting
• Educational background with at least O / N level or LCCI Higher Accountancy

Other Information

• Work schedule: 5 days per week
• Work location: Woodlands
• Immediate or short notice availability preferred

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all incoming, in-process and outgoing goods inspection

- Assisting in assembly jobs

- Product packing

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• NITEC / ITE / DIPLOMA
• Fresh graduates are welcom
• Able to read mechanical drawing
• Independent & self-motivated
• 5 days a week, located in Woodlands
• Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or PR

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all incoming, in-process and outgoing goods inspection

- Responsible for ISO 9001 External Audit and Customer Evaluation Audits

- Conduct audit to ensure compliance with specifications and system

- Control of Non-conformance products via issue and analysis of CAR

- Routinely review the procedures to ensure their compliance with the system

- Support qualification sample-making and evaluation

- Propose internal control for process monitoring

- Monitor vendor quality performance

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in any engineering discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in QA-related jobs
• Independent & self-motivated
• 5 days a week, located in Woodlands
