Responsibilities

• Advise clients on building investment portfolios that can meet their life goals
• Able to effectively explain wealth management concepts and products (including unit trusts, bonds, stocks and ETFs)
• Manage and build client relationships, including doing presentations to clients
• Deliver efficient transactional and operational support for clients
• Provide feedback internally on how clients’ experiences can be improved
• Involve in projects and testing when required

Requirements

• Degree holder (preferably in Finance, Business or a related discipline), with 1-2 years of related working experience (preferably in Banking/Client Services/Sales/Marketing fields)
• Certificates or exemptions from CMFAS modules will be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interest in investing and finance-related topics

What You’ll Do

• Create & Ideate: Pitch ideas, write scripts, and produce engaging short- and long-form video content
• Film & Edit: Shoot and edit videos that are both informative and scroll-stopping
• Design Visuals: Create thumbnails, covers, and simple graphics to elevate content
• Write Copy: Craft captions and ad copy, including simple Chinese content for Xiaohongshu
• Track Performance: Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights

What We’re Looking For

• Available for a 3–6 months internship
• Strong interest in social media trends and digital content creation
• Familiar with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu
• Experience creating content (personal projects or school work welcomed)
• Comfortable being on camera when required
• Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro)
• Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Able to understand basic Chinese and comfortable creating or adapting simple Chinese content for Xiaohongshu (fluency not required)
• Proactive, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized financial advice to clients on a wide range of financial matters, including investments, insurance, retirement planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions with a range of wealth management products (unit trusts, ETFs, direct bonds, stocks, insurance).
• Identifying new business opportunities through networking, referrals and outreach efforts.
• Conducting financial reviews and keep abreast of customer needs.
• Delivers support to clients, within and beyond office hours.
• Ensure all activities including regulated activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Client-oriented, pleasant, meticulous and obliging disposition.
• Strong interest in investment products. Candidates with the relevant experience will have an added advantage.
• Holds either one of the following qualifications:
• A full certificate in GCE ‘A’ Level;
• An International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification;
• A diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore; or
• Any other academic qualification equivalent to the qualifications above.
• Certificates or exemptions from CMFAS/IBF modules will be advantageous.
• Candidates without working experience may apply.
