Job Descriptions:

• Develop creative and well thought through design solution.
• Provide strategic thinking and analysis for a project being proposed.
• Provide necessary presentation materials such as presentation packages etc. to present and sell creative solutions to client.
• Support Project Leader in the project from beginning to the full completion of the project.
• Ensure all design changes and solutions are well implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation.
• Monitor design intent progression on site.
• Lead and mentor the junior designers.
• Assist Associate or Creative Director in managing interior designers’ schedule and deliverables.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min 3-5 years’ experience in corporate office interior design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or its equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology.
• Strong in conceptual design and space planning skills.
• Able to work as part of a team independently; work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
• Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Sketchup, Photoshop, AutoCAD and/or 3D rendering software and MS Office.

Responsibilities:

To assist daily operations of the Account & Finance Department, including the following duties:

• Responsible for preparing full sets of accounts.

• Prepare monthly management reports and Consolidation of accounts.

• Perform intercompany billing, collection and balance confirmation.

• Prepare management reports such as variance analysis, budgets and other ad-hoc reports for Singapore and others countries (Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia) group of entities.

• Handle corporate tax and GST filing.

• Liaise with auditors, government agencies, financial institutions and tax agents.

• Prepare monthly SOA to the corporate clients.

• Drafting of financial statements.

• Other adhoc tasks as assigned

• Assisting finance Manager 

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience

• A team player, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Good analytical skills, detailed and meticulous

• Ability to meet tight deadlines

• Audit experience will be an advantage
