Operation Executive (Engineering Field)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operation Executive professional with a background in Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical drawing, inventory coordination, and project administration, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute ACMV projects, preventive maintenance schedules (PMS), delivery, and installation together with the project team.
• Monitor and report project progress and status regularly to management.
• Organize and conduct project review meetings to address issues, track progress, and provide recommendations.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet internal quality standards and customer specifications.
• Process product certifications, particularly with ISO and SGBC (Singapore Green Building Council).
• Receive and inspect incoming stock, verify delivery against orders, and ensure proper inventory management.
• Handle add-hoc procurement
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• A minimum of diploma in Engineering is preferred.
• Preferably Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR).
• 1–3 years of working experience in a relevant technical or administrative role.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise effectively with clients and vendors.
• Highly detailed, creative, and meticulous, with a strong ability to identify and act on critical information.
• Familiarity with different procurement platform and inventory handling is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office and ability to manage daily workflows.

Job description:

· Research and develop design concepts for industrial products based on market trends, user needs, and business requirements.

· Create sketches, 2D drawings, and 3D models using design software (SolidWorks, Rhino, AutoCAD, KeyShot) or any 3D software capable of converting files into STL and STP formats.

· Develop product form, materials, and finishes while ensuring functionality and manufacturability.

· Collaborate with engineering, production, procurement, and marketing teams throughout the product development cycle.

· Prepare design specifications, technical drawings, and documentation for production and prototyping.

· Participate in prototype evaluation, testing, and design improvements.

· Ensure designs comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality guidelines.

· Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve design and production issues.

· Support cost optimization without compromising design intent and product quality.

· Assist in product presentation materials, mock-ups, and design reviews with management or clients.
