Job Requirements:

· GCE “O” level certification or ITE certificate or Diploma holder

· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset

· Good working attitude with positive customer mindset

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Generate goods receipt notes/warehouse receipts and Delivery Orders accordingly
• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains the database
• Generate Goods Receipt Notes/Warehouse Receipts and Delivery Orders, and submit to the billing department/operations department once completed
• Perform inbound cargo checking and outbound cargo checking.
• Ensure all cargoes are appropriately labelled for storage
• Ensure all documents related to good receiving and goods releasing are kept in order in the database
• Plan and coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely execution of operations (shipment clearance and delivery).
• To fulfil customer requests and immediately resolve if a complaint arises.

● Screening of return products that were returned from different stores & online orders, ensuring products on the pallet tally with a checklist.

● Testing of return products to see whether they're still functioning (can power on) or are faulty. Check on product aesthetics, whether it's still in good selling condition, or if there are issues like damaged packaging, cracks, scratches, leaking, missing accessories, etc.

● Segregate products that have been checked to either grade B for those products that are still functioning with minor issues & complete accessories, or put to scrap for those products that are faulty or with quality issues.

● Cannibalise parts & accessories from faulty products to keep as spare parts to replace future returns with issues. Some ad hoc-like sample checks due to batch or quality issues are to be done before confirmation of whether the product is sellable or not.

Responsible for coordinating the daily warehouse activities for the assigned scope safely and efficiently. Ensure that all customers' requirements are met and that their satisfaction level is achieved.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's warehouse management system (WMS).
• Monitor stock levels, anticipate shortages, and coordinate replenishment as needed.

Order Fulfilment

• Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Address any discrepancies or issues related to order fulfilment and resolve them promptly.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure products are properly packaged and labeled.
• Liaise with Customer Service and Support teams and provide progress updates to customers; arrange for inbound and outbound shipments; check and ensure proper documentation is in place as per local regulatory requirements (i.e. packing list, BOL etc.).

Quality Assurance

• Inspect and validate stocks (SKUs, colour, size, quantity, defects etc.) against customers' orders.
• Generate supporting documents for non-compliance for follow-up actions.

Operational Compliance

• Ensure workplace safety standards and protocols are adhered to to create a safe working environment for all.
• Complete all mandatory training in relation to workplace safety (e.g. 5S).
