- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, customer support, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS products, APIs, and database systems is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and service.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and work under pressure.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
