he Executive Secretary plays a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative support to the leadership of the

Hua Yuan Association

This includes managing schedules, handling communications, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  
• Experience:At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably within a business association, non-profit, or corporate environment.
  
• Skills:Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with members, vendors, and stakeholders.
  Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
