Job Brief
This role supports the CEO Office across three main areas: chief of staff support, special projects, and strategic planning. The role works horizontally across functions and departments, helping to coordinate priorities, support execution, and keep key initiatives moving in a structured and timely way.
This is a strong development role for a high-potential early-career professional who is organized, thoughtful, proactive, and able to work across cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will support senior stakeholders, manage follow-ups, conduct research and analysis, and contribute to projects that are important to the CEO Office and the wider business.
Job Description
1. Chief of Staff Support
- Support the CEO in tracking priorities, action items, and follow-ups across business functions and departments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, summaries, and presentation materials for internal and external discussions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across teams to collect updates, consolidate information, and ensure timely follow-through.
- Help manage communications, scheduling coordination, and administrative matters relating to CEO Office priorities.
- Assist in drafting memos, briefing notes, proposals, and other materials required by the CEO Office.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive business matters and internal information.
2. Special Projects
- Support and lead selected special projects under the CEO Office, from research and planning through execution tracking.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, align timelines, and drive progress on key initiatives.
- Conduct research, prepare analysis, and develop clear updates and recommendations for management review.
- Special projects may include, but are not limited to: Global Residency initiatives, and Strategic HR projects.
- Assist in preparing project plans, status reports, and materials for decision-making and internal alignment.
3. Strategic Planning
- Support the CEO Office in strategic planning, annual priorities, and selected business planning initiatives.
- Help track progress against key organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Consolidate data and updates from different teams to identify issues, dependencies, and opportunities for better decision-making.
- Assist with headcount planning, operating planning, and other planning exercises as required.
- Contribute to cross-functional planning discussions by ensuring information is organized, accurate, and actionable.
Preferred Profile
- 1 to 3 years of work experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, project management, startup environments, or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams at the same time.
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and building effective working relationships.
- Able to think clearly, take initiative, and support both strategic topics and hands-on execution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Professional, discreet, and dependable inhandling confidential information.
