Job Summary

You will support customer service and sales by responding to enquiries, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with simple sales in a fast-paced lighting and ceiling fan wholesale environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and walk-in to provide accurate information and support
• Process invoicing accurately to ensure timely billing and record-keeping
• Manage order processing efficiently to facilitate smooth sales transactions
• Arrange delivery schedules to coordinate timely product shipments
• Assist customers with simple sales interactions without hard selling
• Use basic computer skills to perform daily administrative tasks
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude while learning and adapting to new tasks

Other Information

Benefits and Work Schedule

• Full-time position with a salary starting from $2,400 plus incentives
• Work location: Admiralty, within walking distance from MRT
• Work schedule: 5 days per week with alternate Saturdays off
• Working hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  Wednesday 9:30 AM to 4PM
