Job Summary
You will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily business operations and effective coordination between clients and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations, invoices, reminders, and official correspondence to support sales and administrative processes
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain organized records to ensure timely collections
- Coordinate inspection schedules by liaising with clients and technical teams to facilitate smooth operations
- Manage emails, phone calls, and general office communications to maintain effective information flow
- Maintain and update customer databases, filing systems, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Assist in preparing and submitting reports and controlling documents to support management decisions
- Monitor contract validity, payment status, and service timelines to ensure compliance and timely service delivery
- Support management in various administrative and operational tasks to enhance business efficiency
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company documents to protect sensitive information
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to meet business needs and support team objectives
