• Candidate must possess at least "O"/"N" Level/ Relevant Professional Certificates
• Rotating between Office Hours and Shift hours (8am-4pm; 5pm-10pm), Weekend and Public holiday
• Computer Savvy and meticulous with work

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

- Oversee the daily operations of a cluster of clinics, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies

- Manage clinic budgets, resources, and staffing to achieve business objectives

- Implement process improvements to enhance patient flow, reduce wait times, and increase productivity

Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of clinic managers and staff to achieve departmental goals

- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning

- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs

Patient Experience:

- Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care, excellent customer service, and positive patient experiences

- Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and monitor feedback to drive improvements

Business Growth:

- Drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive intelligence

- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, expand services, and enhance market share

Requirements:

- Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience in clinic operations management and leadership

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze data, think strategically, and make informed decisions

- Experience with clinic management software and systems

- Understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements

6. Communication and Collaboration:

- Facilitate effective communication among staff, patients, and stakeholders. (AIC/Clinic staff members)

- Collaborate with other departments and teams to achieve operational goals.

- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to achieve organizational objectives

7. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

- Make informed decisions to drive operational efficiency.

- Develop and implement solutions to improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Relevant degree or diploma or minimum 1-2 years relavant work experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
