We are seeking an experienced Financial Director to lead the company’s financial strategy, oversee financial operations, and support business growth. This role is critical in driving profitability, managing risks, and ensuring strong financial governance across all projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement long-term financial strategies
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management
Cash Flow & Financial Management
Monitor and manage company cash flow
Ensure timely payments and collections
Optimize working capital and financial efficiency
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Oversee preparation of financial statements and reports
Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Business & Project Support
Evaluate financial feasibility of projects and investments
Provide cost analysis and profitability insights
Support tendering, pricing, and contract decisions
Cost Control & Risk Management
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Implement internal controls and risk management frameworks
Ensure financial discipline across departments
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor finance team
Improve financial systems, reporting, and processes

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance
Experience in construction / project-based environment is an advantage
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
