Position: Senior Technician 

Work Week & Shift: 5 days

Location: West Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance and servicing of cranes and machinery.
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls and feedback.
• Work with contractors and the in-house team to handle breakdowns and repairs.
• Provide technical support and standby response for emergencies.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, tidiness, and equipment care at all times.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by yoursupervisor or department head.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec/Technical Institute certification or above.
• Comfortable working at heights with PPE and strict safety compliance.
• Basic knowledge of repair and maintenance work.
• Strong communication skills and a positive workattitude.

Salary range: $2000 - $2400

Position: Warehouse Assistant

Work Week& Shift: 5 days & 5.5 days (alternate Saturday)

Location: West& East Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform the assigned logistics works, e.g., receiving goods, inspection, pick & pack, inventory control, etc., following Standard Operating Procedures / Instructions given / etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties as required by Standard Operating Procedures /instructions/etc.
• Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
• Maintain accurate records of stock that has been stocked and report to customer service/superior if any stock relocation/cargo is not found during picking
• Verify all incoming shipments are accurate by comparing the invoice/packing list to the order, and ensure all goods are in good condition when received. Marking on incoming documents if discrepancies/damage are found and report to the Supervisor/Customer service immediately.
• Verify all outgoing shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice/Packing List to the order and ensure all goods are correct before release to the transporter/driver/export container
• Manage and handle shipping, loading, and unloading of goods
• To ensure all stocks are correctly captured/recorded in the system
• Accurate in picking/packing, weight, and cargo dimensions is taken
• To ensure smooth and efficient flow of all inbound and outbound shipments
• To ensure cleanliness/housekeeping/tidiness of the warehouse, warehouse equipment is kept in good order/conditions
• Any ad-hoc task assigned
• Always adhering to warehouse safety to avoid any personal injury/property damage

Work Week & Shift: 6 days

Location: Central Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations at the café and banquet.
• Assist the Outlet Manager to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Attend to customers’ needs, handle enquiries, and resolve feedback with professionalism.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure SOPsare followed.
• Handle cashiering duties, including dailyopening and closing.
• Oversee banquet setup and maintain cleanlinessof function rooms.

Requirements:

• Prior F&B experience will be an advantage.
