We need house inspector / surveyor for HDB / CONDO / LANDED properties for www.uncledefect.sg.

We need a plumber who is able to install Electric storage water heater alone.

You will be working in HDB, Private Homes and Commercial projects.

This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Must be hard working, self-started with a positive attitude and respectful.

4 hours - 5 hours per session.

Duties includes:

- packing of kitchen

- washing clothes, folding clothes

- ironing if any

- changing of bedsheets

- vacuuming and mopping of floor

- vacuuming of bed twice a month

- wiping of cupboards etc

- washing of toilet

Additional tasks on adhoc request:

- Packing of clothes in cupboard (ie re-folding etc)

Payout: $120 to $150 daily

Payment via Paynow/Cash upon each session.

Job Description:

- Follow installation policies and procedures of devices

- Utilise the correct consumables and hardware

- Ensure that tracking device is installed properly according to the standards

- Effectively communicate with schedulers

Job Requirement

- At least 1 years’ experience. (Preferred)

- Good to own a bike and a valid driving license
