As a Passenger Service Associate, you play a vital role in creating a pleasant experience for passengers’ departure. Duties & Responsibilities:

You play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all our passengers through a variety of quality passenger services. Your main roles and responsibilities involve:

• Greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.

• Offering check-in services at conventional counters and managing various flight and customer requests

• Service ambassador to assist and guide passengers on the use of Self-Service Kiosk and Auto Bag Drops

• Gate handling duties including verification of passenger itinerary and identity, communicating with airline crew and coordinating departure activities with various departments

• Guiding and escorting transit passengers from arrival gate to Transfer Holding Area (vice versa)

• Assisting passengers who require special assistance

• Assisting to create operational logs and documentation as required, such as gate reports and counter reports

• Act as an interface between passengers and airline customers

• Maintain professional decorum, grooming and communication at all times

• Customer-centricity in handling of passengers with empathy, professionalism and service excellence

• Ensures compliance to safety, security and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines and airport authorities

• Maintain full awareness of assigned flight schedules and statuses, and gate changes

• Assist with on-the-ground logistics during flight disruptions, delays, diversions or irregular operations (IRROPs)

• Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor

Requirement

• Customer Oriented and a good team player

• Comfortable with using computer

• Able to converse and write in English confidently

Working Location:

Terminal 4

Work Timings:

• Able to do 3am - 7am shift.
• Able to commit 3 days per week.
• Able to commit on weekends and public holiday.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report to the Duty Manager (Ramp)

• Assist in docking and undocking of Passenger Loading Bridge (PLB)

• Ensure accurate and safe handling at Aircraft Site/ NMEs, PLB and Headset Functionality

• Perform Foreign Object Debris Sweep (FOD) to ensure there is no obstruction to PLB path

• Ensure Headset/PLB function is carried out in accordance to CAG requirement

• Dispatch incoming baggage to the Arrival Baggage Sorting Area, Interline BTs to the Interline Sorting Area and cargo in transit for aircraft to aircraft transfer

• Engage/disengage PLB to aid passenger embarkation and disembarkation

• Perform Marshalling duties in the event PLB malfunctions

• Conduct checks before clearing all non-motorised equipment and unused containers from the parking bay

• Report any accident involving the equipment in the course of duty

• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required by Ramp Loading Office/Reporting officer

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end implementation of two IT systems for GTRSG Passenger Service unit:

• Realtime: desktop app utilised by deployment team - to deploy staff to specific tasks or flights

• G-Ops: mobile app utilised by staff - to monitor tasks and for staff to 'start' & 'stop' the milestones assigned with updates

• Main Objectives: To drive transition from manual deployment processes and paper-based flight documentation to digital platforms, enhancing real-time tracking, visibility, and operational efficiency

POC for Change management efforts, including:

• Support system onboarding through staff engagement

• Liaise with internal stakeholders (HODs, Technology Business Partner, Duty Managers) to gather feedback and resolve implementation issues

• Track onboarding progress, consolidate updates, and prepare monthly progress reports for management

• Timeline: full roll-out of both systems by December 2026

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Aviation Management, or related fields

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Detail-oriented and good with Microsoft Office
