Job Scope:

• Support Procurement Operations: Assist the Procurement Executive in managing procurement processes, ensuring smooth operations from order to delivery.
• Report Preparation: Prepare and update monthly reports, KPI reports, and any ad hoc reports as assigned by your manager to support decision-making.
• HR Data Management: Accurately input HR data into accounting software and maintain up-to-date databases for accounts payable and receivable.
• Follow-Up on Payments: Proactively track outstanding invoices, payments, and resolve any discrepancies in accounts to ensure smooth cash flow.
• Audit Preparation: Assist with the preparation of documentation for audits, ensuring that all financial records and processes meet regulatory standards.
• Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and manage daily correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide additional administrative support and undertake any special tasks assigned by your manager as needed.

Job Description:

Duties:

• Follow company operating hours, shift schedules, and duty roster.
• Adhere to hygiene standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
• Complete tasks on time while maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Assist the Cook with daily meal preparation, ingredient prepping, and packing.
• Help the F&B store with packing dry food rations.
• Report damaged or faulty equipment, broken crockery, or cutlery to the Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Manager or Senior Production Chef.

Requirements:

• Preferably N-level education (or equivalent) or higher
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Physically fit and able to handle physical tasks
• Basic English literacy (ability to read the menu)
• Required to work 6 days per week

Job Responsibilities

· Need to help in washing plates and utensils.

· To do cleaning and wiping of equipment

· Wiping clean and drying of all washed products

· Area cleaning

· Doing quality checks

· Help in carrying and arranging boxes

. Assist in ensuring no damaged products during cleaning/washing

Job Requirement

Signing Bonus of $500 (need to complete 6 months of full time employment)

Daily Operations
• Ensure close monitoring of the usage of cleaning supplies and right chemical for the respective dishwashing machines.
• Supervise and train stewards on tasks and daily routines.
• To upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times
• Ensure machineries are working efficiently and accordance to the cleaning requirement.
• To keep track and measure utility rate, machine capacity, reject rate, breakage rate and on time delivery
• Plan and coordinate the workflow on the production lines to achieve production targets according to the committed deliveries and quality standards
