Role Overview

We are looking for a grounded, committed individual to grow into a Programme Lead role, supporting and eventually leading the delivery of our outdoor programmes.

This role is suited for someone who is ready to take ownership, undergo training, and step into leadership over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and progressively lead outdoor programmes for children, youth, and families
• Hold group spaces with safety, awareness, and relational attunement
• Lead weekday and weekend sessions (including accompanied and drop-off formats)
• Support and eventually lead camps and workshops (including transformational / rites-of-passage style programmes)
• Take ownership of programme delivery and on-ground operations
• Communicate with parents and participants professionally
• Support backend functions (scheduling, coordination, basic social media/content)
• Work closely with the founding team to learn and internalise programme philosophy and approach

Requirements

• Background in youth work, social work, education, psychology, or related fields
• Strong interest in relational work, personal development, and experiential learning
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied conditions
• Able to take initiative, responsibility, and ownership
• Emotionally grounded and able to hold space for children and groups
• Flexible, responsive, and reliable
• Willing to work weekends (5-day work week including weekends)
• Open to overseas travel for programme development and delivery

Important Note

This role involves a training and development phase, where you will be guided to progressively take on full programme leadership.
