You will participate in animation reviews, contribute to feedback discussions, and help ensure animations align with the game’s overall style and direction. Along the way, you’ll build your skills, gain hands-on experience in a production environment, and develop a strong foundation in professional game animation workflows.

About the Role

As an Intern Engine Programmer, you will work closely with experienced engineers to develop and optimize the core systems, tools and pipelines that power our games. Collaborate closely with designers, artists, animators and other engineers, tackle bugs, refine code through reviews, and leave your mark on cutting-edge projects whilst sharpening your programming skills. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in game engine architecture and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing/maintaining systems & tools owned by the core engine team
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C/C++ code
• Help optimize performance of tools & pipelines for project teams
• Debug and resolve engine-level issues and bottlenecks

Working closely with designers, artists, and engineers, you’ll help bring engaging features to life while gaining valuable hands-on experience in balancing gameplay, creating documentation, and prototyping ideas.

• Execute test plans for studio projects, prioritising the identification and documentation of defects
• Collaborate closely with the development team to communicate and efficiently resolve identified issues
• Contribute to the management of the Bug Database, prioritising critical path issues and generating detailed QA reports
• Coordinate cross-platform game testing during development to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, plans, and documentation, actively participating in team activities and training initiatives

• Perform web and legacy system development, update, and support.

Position Overview
We are looking for an AI Engineer Intern to support our object recognition initiative by building a high-quality computer vision dataset at scale (~1,000 physical objects).

This role focuses on data preparation, annotation, and quality assurance to ensure reliable model training and robust real-world performance (e.g., varying lighting, occlusion, motion blur, reflections). You will collaborate closely with AI engineers to define labeling standards, execute annotation efficiently, and continuously improve dataset quality through structured iteration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage datasets: organize, clean, label, and maintain structure, metadata, and version tracking
• Ensure data quality: remove low-quality samples, handle edge cases (lighting, occlusion, blur, reflections), and support additional data collection
• Collaborate with AI engineers to iterate on datasets based on model performance and error analysis
• Support model evaluation: prepare test sets and review error patterns to improve data quality
• Build basic Python scripts for dataset validation and format conversion
• Gain exposure to training/evaluation workflows, real-world constraints (device performance, latency vs. accuracy), and cross-team collaboration (Data, AI, Game/Engine)
